All of our bikes are built to order. When we receive your payment you receive client portal access to input all of your specs and customization options giving clients a truly tailor-made machine. You will work directly with us throughout the whole build process receiving video updates along the way. Once your bike is completed you will then get the option to visit us at our studio to spend the day with us getting to know your bike. Each bike is shipped to the client’s door along with a personalized owner’s box.

Yes, our models come with a title and paperwork needed for registration unless specified as an off-road only model.

Typical build times are 6-8 weeks depending on your spot in our build queue.

We require 75% upfront with the remaining balance due upon completion of your build prior to shipment. Payments are typically made via wire transfer but we can also accept debit or credit card.
We do not offer any in house financing.

We ship worldwide; however, all international customers are responsible for arranging shipping, import duties, taxes, and any applicable customs fees. Droog Moto does not cover or estimate these costs.
Customers are also solely responsible for ensuring that any vehicle or product purchased complies with local laws, regulations, and road legality requirements in their country or region.

Yes, we offer a lifetime limited warranty on our builds and components. Details vary per model.
